We bring a ground-supported LED video wall sized to your headcount, run your slides, award reveals, videos, and live camera, and handle power and placement with your tent vendor.

Can you set up in a tent or parking lot at our facility?
Yes — tent and on-site events are ground-supported builds. We need level footing, a little depth behind the wall, and a dedicated power circuit, which we confirm with your tent or generator vendor before show day.
What size wall do we need for 150–200 employees?
For a typical tent or room layout, the 16' × 9' build is the right starting point. The full logic — farthest-viewer rule, content type, standard builds — is in our sizing guide.
Can you run our slides, awards, and a live camera feed?
Yes — we drive slides, video, and live IMAG through a processor sized to the wall, and an on-site tech runs it through your program.
What does it cost?
It scales with the wall size, the build (tent vs ballroom), and the run of show — we quote it to your event rather than fabricate a figure. Send the space, date, and headcount and we'll come back with a recommendation and a number.
What if the weather turns?
Inside a tent the wall is covered; we plan placement away from open sides and confirm the tent vendor's wind plan. For open-air setups we'll talk through covered alternatives when we spec the event.
