It depends on what's in stock and our crew's schedule that week — sometimes within days. The fastest way to know is to call us with your date; we'll tell you honestly what's possible rather than overpromise.
Does a last-minute booking cost more?
Not automatically — pricing tracks the displays and setup, not panic. If a rush genuinely adds labor or freight we'll say so up front in the quote.
What do you need from me to move fast?
Your date, venue, and a rough idea of the look. The more we know up front (power, access, timing), the faster we can confirm and deliver.
What can you actually do on short notice?
