HD Expo Booth Design & LED Wall Rentals
The most design-critical crowd in Vegas. Every fixture is judged — your booth's finish and lighting have to be impeccable.
HD Expo is next on May 3–5, 2027, Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
Show services (drayage, electrical, labor) are cheapest at the advance-order deadline, which lands weeks before move-in — the maths is in our drayage guide.
Dates from the official HD Expo site, checked 2026-09-22. Always confirm move-in times in the exhibitor manual.
