What wins on this floor

Built for Automotive & Aftermarket exhibitors

Las Vegas is the automotive industry's biggest stage — SEMA and AAPEX run the same week each November, and NADA brings the dealership world every February. Roughly 5,000+ exhibitors combined compete across these floors, so a booth has to do two jobs at once: frame the vehicle or product as the hero, and read from across a packed aisle.

  • Build for the reveal — a turntable or raised platform, clean sightlines, and a wide LED canvas running hero footage so the vehicle or product is the focal point.
  • Large fine-pitch LED walls win the prestige builds (SEMA / AAPEX flagship islands); they double as a crowd-stopper and a looping demo screen.
  • For the supplier long tail (parts, tools, chemicals at AAPEX), backlit SEG lightboxes and modular inline kits deliver brand impact at a fraction of a custom build.
  • At NADA the floor is software, F&I and digital-retail tech — here LED walls earn their keep as live demo screens, paired with a quiet meeting area to close deals.

Booth sizes & what to expect

These floors run the full range — from 10x10 inline supplier booths to 30x40+ vehicle-display islands. SEMA requires a 20x20 minimum for an island; AAPEX averages out to a lot of mid-size inline booths with a smaller set of large brand islands. We rent and build for every size.

Frequently asked

Can you build a booth that shows off a vehicle at SEMA?

Yes — vehicle-display islands are a core build for us: raised platforms or turntables, wide LED video walls for hero footage, and open sightlines so the car reads from across the hall. Tell us your booth size and we'll send a design concept.

I'm a parts/aftermarket supplier with a smaller AAPEX booth — what's affordable?

A backlit SEG lightbox wall or a modular inline kit gives you a clean, bright, branded presence without a full custom build. These are our most cost-effective rentals and they re-skin show after show.

How much does an automotive booth cost in Las Vegas?

It depends on size and how much custom build and LED you want. As a rough guide, modular inline booths start in the low thousands and large custom vehicle islands run well into five or six figures. We send an itemized, no-obligation quote — the number is always specific to your booth.
