LED Video Wall Rental for NADA Show
Rent a seamless, fine-pitch LED video wall for your NADA Show booth at Orange County Convention Center — sizes, pixel pitch, content, and what wins in a Automotive retail / dealerships hall.
NADA Show is next on Feb 18–20, 2027, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando. Expo days Feb 18-20 inside the Feb 17-20 show. NADA rotates cities; the 2027 show is in Orlando.
Show services (drayage, electrical, labor) are cheapest at the advance-order deadline, which lands weeks before move-in — the maths is in our drayage guide.
Dates from the official NADA Show site, checked 2026-09-01. Always confirm move-in times in the exhibitor manual.
An LED video wall is the single fastest way to make your NADA Show booth impossible to walk past. For a automotive retail / dealerships audience at Orange County Convention Center, we rent seamless, fine-pitch LED in whatever shape your booth needs — and unlike most companies quoting NADA Show, we own the panels, so the prices below are ours to honour rather than a reseller's markup.
What an LED wall costs at NADA Show
Two ways to buy it. Rent per show, or buy the hardware and stop paying rental on every future show — on these rates the crossover is roughly two shows.
| Item | Buy | Rent per day | Setup & teardown |
|---|---|---|---|
| LED poster (2.3' x 6.5') | $3,200 + tax | $300 – $400 | $500 per poster |
| Tri-fold LED poster | $4,200 + tax | $400 – $500 | $600 |
| 3-sided LED tower (12' tall) | $35,000 | up to $6,500 | $1,800 |
| Curved LED panels | Quote on request | $200 – $250 per panel | Quoted with the build |
How much LED fits your NADA Show booth
Posters join into walls and the tower's panels build walls too, so an NADA Show LED budget usually starts as a panel count rather than a square-footage quote. Here is what each booth size typically takes.
| Booth size | Typical wall | Panels | Rent per show |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10x10 inline | 8' x 6' backwall screen | 12 panels (4 wide x 3 high) | $2,400 – $3,000 |
| 10x20 inline | 12' x 8' backwall wall | 24 panels (6 wide x 4 high) | $4,800 – $6,000 |
| 20x20 island | 16' x 9' hero wall | 36 panels (8 wide x 4 high) | $7,200 – $9,000 |
| 20x30 island | 20' x 10' wall + side towers | 50–60 panels | $10,000 – $15,000 |
| 30x30+ island | Wrap-around or hanging canvas | 80+ panels | Quoted with the build |
Rent-per-show bands assume a standard Orlando show run with install and dismantle. See the LED cost guide for the full rent-versus-buy arithmetic and the pixel pitch guide for choosing a pitch by viewing distance.
Specs we run
- Pixel pitch — 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.9mm, 2.6mm and 3.9mm. Rule of thumb: your closest viewer's distance in metres is roughly the coarsest pitch in millimetres you can get away with, so a wall people read from 2m wants 1.9mm or finer.
- Brightness — 800–1,500 nits indoors, which is what it takes to read under Orange County Convention Center hall lighting. High-bright panels available for anything near a window or an entrance.
- Shapes — flat, curved, 90° corners, freestanding towers, hanging circles and cubes.
- Content — live playback, looped brand reels, or real-time feeds and demos; we take MP4, HDMI or a live laptop feed. See running content on a booth LED wall.
Power and rigging at Orange County Convention Center
The wall is the easy part; the venue paperwork is where LED budgets break at NADA Show.
- Electrical is priced by your deadline — advance orders typically run 30–50% under floor pricing for the identical drop. Get your panel count finalised early so we can put the power draw in writing before the advance deadline.
- Hanging anything is the trades' work — Labour rules in Orlando are set per show by the official contractor and its exhibitor manual; exhibitor staff are commonly permitted to set up their own booth, but confirm the show's jurisdictions before planning an install.
- Freight and docks — Two separate buildings on either side of International Drive — the West Building (over a million sq ft of halls in one run about 2,500 ft long) and the North/South Building — each with its own docks, so confirm which building your hall is in before routing freight.
- Drayage on panels — Material handling at the Orange County Convention Center is billed per pound by the show's official contractor (NADA 2027 publishes $1.28 per lb through Freeman, one rate for warehouse or direct freight), so the same palletise-and-consolidate maths applies as anywhere else.
What plays well at NADA Show
Build for the reveal: a turntable or raised platform, a wide LED canvas for hero footage, and clean sightlines so the product is visible from across the aisle.
Sleek tech-forward booths, LED walls and demo stations for dealership software and services.
Timing: NADA Show runs each February, and February deadlines sit right after the New Year backlog, when print queues are at their longest — build in an extra week for graphics.
Whether you want a single backwall screen or a wrap-around canvas, we design it, deliver it, install it, and keep a tech on-site at Orange County Convention Center so it never goes dark mid-show. Tell us your booth size at NADA Show and we'll send a panel count and a firm number, usually same day.
