NADA Show is next on Feb 18–20, 2027, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando. Expo days Feb 18-20 inside the Feb 17-20 show. NADA rotates cities; the 2027 show is in Orlando.

Show services (drayage, electrical, labor) are cheapest at the advance-order deadline, which lands weeks before move-in — the maths is in our drayage guide.

Dates from the official NADA Show site, checked 2026-09-01. Always confirm move-in times in the exhibitor manual.

Most NADA Show exhibitors don't get tripped up by the booth — they get tripped up by the logistics at Orange County Convention Center: drayage, union labor, and getting freight in and out on time. Here's what to plan for.

Drayage (material handling)

Material handling at the Orange County Convention Center is billed per pound by the show's official contractor (NADA 2027 publishes $1.28 per lb through Freeman, one rate for warehouse or direct freight), so the same palletise-and-consolidate maths applies as anywhere else.

Labor at Orange County Convention Center

Labour rules in Orlando are set per show by the official contractor and its exhibitor manual; exhibitor staff are commonly permitted to set up their own booth, but confirm the show's jurisdictions before planning an install.

Docks & move-in

Two separate buildings on either side of International Drive — the West Building (over a million sq ft of halls in one run about 2,500 ft long) and the North/South Building — each with its own docks, so confirm which building your hall is in before routing freight.

Our advice for NADA Show

Electrical is ordered from the venue itself, not the general contractor (NADA lists a 120V 5A floor outlet at $173.07), and the West Building's halls are a long walk end to end — stage tools and cases near your hall. The easiest fix: let us handle the turnkey side — we deliver, install, run on-site support, and dismantle, so drayage and labor are our problem, not yours.

Drayage is the material-handling fee for moving your freight from the dock to your booth and back at Orange County Convention Center. It's billed by weight through the show's official contractor — plan for it early.

Can you handle the logistics for me?

Yes — our turnkey service covers delivery, install, on-site support, and dismantle, so drayage and labor coordination is on us.
