Rush does not mean a different price list. These are the same rates we quote six months out; what changes is which options are still open.

Because we are physically in Las Vegas, the under-one-week row is real rather than theoretical — the booth does not have to survive a freight lane to reach Wynn Las Vegas.
The deadlines that actually bind at Wynn Las Vegas
- Graphics are the real clock — dye-sub fabric prints in 5–7 business days, or 48 hours on a rush. Lock artwork first; everything else can move.
- Electrical — the advance-order discount (typically 30–50%) is the first thing you lose. If it has passed, order anyway; floor pricing beats no power.
- Drayage — The Wynn hosts shows in resort ballrooms rather than a traditional exhibit hall, so freight is limited and handled through the hotel — plan compact, premium displays.
- Labor — Hotel and union rules apply; boutique footprints mean less heavy labor but tighter load-in windows.
- Local advantage — This is a luxury room — favor backlit, jewel-case-quality displays over big modular hardware.
Timing: Couture runs each June, and June move-ins run into summer heat, which matters for anything staged outdoors or held in a truck on the dock.
