An LED video wall is the single fastest way to make your Bar & Restaurant Expo booth impossible to walk past. For a hospitality, bar & nightlife audience at Las Vegas Convention Center, we rent seamless, fine-pitch LED in whatever shape your booth needs — and unlike most companies quoting Bar & Restaurant Expo, we own the panels, so the prices below are ours to honour rather than a reseller's markup.

What an LED wall costs at Bar & Restaurant Expo

Two ways to buy it. Rent per show, or buy the hardware and stop paying rental on every future show — on these rates the crossover is roughly two shows.

How much LED fits your Bar & Restaurant Expo booth

Posters join into walls and the tower's panels build walls too, so an Bar & Restaurant Expo LED budget usually starts as a panel count rather than a square-footage quote. Here is what each booth size typically takes.

Rent-per-show bands assume a standard Las Vegas show run with install and dismantle. See the LED cost guide for the full rent-versus-buy arithmetic and the pixel pitch guide for choosing a pitch by viewing distance.

Specs we run

  • Pixel pitch — 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.9mm, 2.6mm and 3.9mm. Rule of thumb: your closest viewer's distance in metres is roughly the coarsest pitch in millimetres you can get away with, so a wall people read from 2m wants 1.9mm or finer.
  • Brightness — 800–1,500 nits indoors, which is what it takes to read under Las Vegas Convention Center hall lighting. High-bright panels available for anything near a window or an entrance.
  • Shapes — flat, curved, 90° corners, freestanding towers, hanging circles and cubes.
  • Content — live playback, looped brand reels, or real-time feeds and demos; we take MP4, HDMI or a live laptop feed. See running content on a booth LED wall.

Power and rigging at Las Vegas Convention Center

The wall is the easy part; the venue paperwork is where LED budgets break at Bar & Restaurant Expo.

  • Electrical is priced by your deadline — advance orders typically run 30–50% under floor pricing for the identical drop. Get your panel count finalised early so we can put the power draw in writing before the advance deadline.
  • Hanging anything is the trades' work — The LVCC leans union, but it's largely up to each show's rules: a lot of display work — LED posters, SEG lightboxes, backwalls, fabric, ground-supported LED walls, and booth set/dismantle — can be exhibitor- or vendor-installed, while electrical beyond simple plug-in and any overhead rigging or hanging signs go to union trades (Teamsters, electricians & riggers). Confirm the specifics in your show's exhibitor manual.
  • Freight and docks — The campus spans the West, Central, North and South halls with extensive docks; the West Hall offers dedicated ground-level drive-on access for vehicles and heavy equipment.
  • Drayage on panels — Material handling (drayage) at the LVCC is billed per hundredweight by the show's official general contractor — published rates run from about $0.70 to $1.85 per lb depending on the show (CES 2027 lists $0.71, NAB 2026 listed $1.84), with weight minimums — so palletizing and advance-warehouse shipping save real money.

What plays well at Bar & Restaurant Expo

Bring the venue to life — glowing bars, LED accents, tasting/sampling counters, and a high-energy, photo-worthy centerpiece.

Bold LED-lit booths, glowing bars and high-energy displays.

Timing: Bar & Restaurant Expo runs each March, and March move-ins compete with the spring convention rush; advance-warehouse space fills early, so ship sooner than feels necessary.

Whether you want a single backwall screen or a wrap-around canvas, we design it, deliver it, install it, and keep a tech on-site at Las Vegas Convention Center so it never goes dark mid-show. Tell us your booth size at Bar & Restaurant Expo and we'll send a panel count and a firm number, usually same day.
