LED Video Wall Rental for G2E

Rent a seamless, fine-pitch LED video wall for your G2E booth at The Venetian Expo — sizes, pixel pitch, content, and what wins in a Casino gaming hall.

13 days out

G2E opens in 13 days — Sep 28 – Oct 1, 2026, The Venetian Expo. Move-in usually starts one to three days before the doors open, so the booth decision is live right now.

We hold LED and modular stock in a Las Vegas warehouse, so a sharp booth is still achievable on this timeline — see last-minute booth rental for G2E, or send your booth size and we will tell you today what is realistic.

Dates from the official G2E site, checked 2026-08-04. Always confirm move-in times in the exhibitor manual.

An LED video wall is the single fastest way to make your G2E booth impossible to walk past. For a casino gaming audience at The Venetian Expo, we rent seamless, fine-pitch LED in whatever shape your booth needs — and unlike most companies quoting G2E, we own the panels, so the prices below are ours to honour rather than a reseller's markup.

What an LED wall costs at G2E

Two ways to buy it. Rent per show, or buy the hardware and stop paying rental on every future show — on these rates the crossover is roughly two shows.

LED poster (2.3' x 6.5')$3,200 + tax$300 – $400$500 per poster

How much LED fits your G2E booth

Posters join into walls and the tower's panels build walls too, so an G2E LED budget usually starts as a panel count rather than a square-footage quote. Here is what each booth size typically takes.

Rent-per-show bands assume a standard Las Vegas show run with install and dismantle. See the LED cost guide for the full rent-versus-buy arithmetic and the pixel pitch guide for choosing a pitch by viewing distance.

Specs we run

  • Pixel pitch — 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.9mm, 2.6mm and 3.9mm. Rule of thumb: your closest viewer's distance in metres is roughly the coarsest pitch in millimetres you can get away with, so a wall people read from 2m wants 1.9mm or finer.
  • Brightness — 800–1,500 nits indoors, which is what it takes to read under The Venetian Expo hall lighting. High-bright panels available for anything near a window or an entrance.
  • Shapes — flat, curved, 90° corners, freestanding towers, hanging circles and cubes.
  • Content — live playback, looped brand reels, or real-time feeds and demos; we take MP4, HDMI or a live laptop feed. See running content on a booth LED wall.

Power and rigging at The Venetian Expo

The wall is the easy part; the venue paperwork is where LED budgets break at G2E.

  • Electrical is priced by your deadline — advance orders typically run 30–50% under floor pricing for the identical drop. Get your panel count finalised early so we can put the power draw in writing before the advance deadline.
  • Hanging anything is the trades' work — Labor is union-staffed; plan installs around straight-time windows to avoid overtime, and confirm what your team can self-install.
  • Freight and docks — Two exhibit levels connected by freight elevators — heavy or oversized displays are easier on Level 1, so flag freight dimensions early.
  • Drayage on panels — The Venetian Expo (formerly Sands Expo) handles freight through the show's official contractor with CWT-based drayage; the Koval Lane docks serve levels 1 and 2.

What plays well at G2E

Lights, sound, spectacle: immersive LED, branded game stations, and a bold overhead sign that pulls crowds from the aisle.

High-brightness LED walls, curved LED, and immersive demo pods.

Timing: G2E runs each October, and October is the densest month in Las Vegas; overlapping shows mean drayage crews and riggers are stretched, and rush fees climb.

Whether you want a single backwall screen or a wrap-around canvas, we design it, deliver it, install it, and keep a tech on-site at The Venetian Expo so it never goes dark mid-show. Tell us your booth size at G2E and we'll send a panel count and a firm number, usually same day.
