ISC West Logistics: Drayage, Labor & Shipping at The Venetian Expo
The exhibitor logistics that catch teams off guard at ISC West — drayage, union labor, and shipping to The Venetian Expo.
ISC West is next on Apr 5–9, 2027, The Venetian Expo, Las Vegas.
Show services (drayage, electrical, labor) are cheapest at the advance-order deadline, which lands weeks before move-in — the maths is in our drayage guide.
Dates from the official ISC West site, checked 2026-09-22. Always confirm move-in times in the exhibitor manual.
Most ISC West exhibitors don't get tripped up by the booth — they get tripped up by the logistics at The Venetian Expo: drayage, union labor, and getting freight in and out on time. Here's what to plan for.
Drayage (material handling)
The Venetian Expo (formerly Sands Expo) handles freight through the show's official contractor with CWT-based drayage; the Koval Lane docks serve levels 1 and 2.
Labor at The Venetian Expo
Labor is union-staffed; plan installs around straight-time windows to avoid overtime, and confirm what your team can self-install.
Docks & move-in
Two exhibit levels connected by freight elevators — heavy or oversized displays are easier on Level 1, so flag freight dimensions early.
Our advice for ISC West
Because exhibits span two levels, lock your hall and level early — it changes freight routing and labor calls. The easiest fix: let us handle the turnkey side — we deliver, install, run on-site support, and dismantle, so drayage and labor are our problem, not yours.
Frequently asked
What is drayage at ISC West?
Drayage is the material-handling fee for moving your freight from the dock to your booth and back at The Venetian Expo. It's billed by weight through the show's official contractor — plan for it early.
Can you handle the logistics for me?
Yes — our turnkey service covers delivery, install, on-site support, and dismantle, so drayage and labor coordination is on us.
