Last-Minute Booth Rental for RE+
Short on time before RE+? Here's what's still possible for a fast booth and LED wall rental at Las Vegas Convention Center — and the deadlines that matter.
RE+ is next on Nov 17–19, 2026, Las Vegas Convention Center. Exhibit floor (exposition) Nov 17-19; education & networking runs Nov 16-19. Floor dates quoted from the official RE+ exhibitor deadline checklist.
Show services (drayage, electrical, labor) are cheapest at the advance-order deadline, which lands weeks before move-in — the maths is in our drayage guide.
Dates from the official RE+ site, checked 2026-08-11. Always confirm move-in times in the exhibitor manual.
Short on time before RE+? You still have good options. We hold modular rental systems, SEG lightboxes and LED panels in stock in Las Vegas, so the constraint on a rush booth at Las Vegas Convention Center is almost never the hardware — it's graphics and the venue's own deadlines.
What a rush booth costs at RE+
Rush does not mean a different price list. These are the same rates we quote six months out; what changes is which options are still open.
| Item | Buy | Rent per day | Setup & teardown |
|---|---|---|---|
| LED poster (2.3' x 6.5') | $3,200 + tax | $300 – $400 | $500 per poster |
| Tri-fold LED poster | $4,200 + tax | $400 – $500 | $600 |
| 3-sided LED tower (12' tall) | $35,000 | up to $6,500 | $1,800 |
| Curved LED panels | Quote on request | $200 – $250 per panel | Quoted with the build |
Booth structure itself runs the standard bands — see RE+ booth rental cost for the full size-by-size breakdown. We do not charge a rush premium on in-stock inventory.
What's still possible, by how long you have
| Time to RE+ | What we can still do | What's closed |
|---|---|---|
| 4+ weeks | Everything — custom modular build, full LED wall, printed graphics, advance-warehouse freight at the lower rate. | Nothing. |
| 2–4 weeks | Modular booth, in-stock LED, SEG lightboxes, new graphics printed and shipped. | Advance electrical pricing is usually gone; custom fabrication is tight. |
| 1–2 weeks | In-stock modular kit, LED posters and panels, rush graphics (48-hour print). | Custom build, hanging signs needing rigging approval, advance freight rates. |
| Under 1 week | In-stock booth and LED delivered direct to showsite, graphics printed in Las Vegas, our crew installs. | Anything shipped, anything fabricated, anything hung. |
Because we are physically in Las Vegas, the under-one-week row is real rather than theoretical — the booth does not have to survive a freight lane to reach Las Vegas Convention Center.
The deadlines that actually bind at Las Vegas Convention Center
- Graphics are the real clock — dye-sub fabric prints in 5–7 business days, or 48 hours on a rush. Lock artwork first; everything else can move.
- Electrical — the advance-order discount (typically 30–50%) is the first thing you lose. If it has passed, order anyway; floor pricing beats no power.
- Drayage — Material handling (drayage) at the LVCC is billed per hundredweight by the show's official general contractor — published rates run from about $0.70 to $1.85 per lb depending on the show (CES 2027 lists $0.71, NAB 2026 listed $1.84), with weight minimums — so palletizing and advance-warehouse shipping save real money.
- Labor — The LVCC leans union, but it's largely up to each show's rules: a lot of display work — LED posters, SEG lightboxes, backwalls, fabric, ground-supported LED walls, and booth set/dismantle — can be exhibitor- or vendor-installed, while electrical beyond simple plug-in and any overhead rigging or hanging signs go to union trades (Teamsters, electricians & riggers). Confirm the specifics in your show's exhibitor manual.
- Local advantage — Order drayage, electrical and rigging early through the exhibitor kit — on-site and last-minute rates spike sharply.
Timing: RE+ runs each November, and November butts against the holidays — anything shipping late risks a carrier blackout, so treat the graphics deadline as immovable.
The RE+ dates that actually bind
The show floor runs November 17–19, 2026; education and networking run November 16–19. If you are working backwards from the floor date, these are the gates, in the order you hit them.
| Date | Gate |
|---|---|
| August 14, 2026 | Booth diagram to Freeman, for booths 400 sq ft and over |
| October 12, 2026 | EAC designation and insurance — miss this and your contractor cannot work the floor |
| October 15, 2026 | Freeman advance orders: electric, rigging, labor, carpet, cleaning. The advance price is the cheap one. |
| October 13 – November 5, 2026 | Advance warehouse window — freight arriving after this goes direct to showsite instead |
| November 12, 2026 | Direct-to-showsite deliveries begin via the marshalling yard |
Past the October 15 advance deadline you are not stuck, you are just paying floor rates. Past the warehouse window your freight routes through the marshalling yard, which is the slower door. Neither stops you exhibiting — and because we hold booth and LED inventory in Las Vegas, a late RE+ decision does not have to survive a freight lane to reach the LVCC.
